- Centre for Educational Promotion and External Co-operation (CEPEC) belongs to Vietnam Study Promotion Association with responsibilities and functions as follows:
Studying and doing education reseach to open friendly cooperation widely with domestic and oversea Universities and Other Groups.
Consulting and arranging visa procedures for students and officials to study abroard.
Within our main functions and responsibilities together with our best try over sixteen years working, we have got some achievements in arranging procedures and visa for students to study abroad. Our students are sent to study more than twelve different countries like: The United States of America, Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, France, Switzerland,etc..
Every year, CEPEC fulfill procedures to get Visa for over 40 students study abroad at many Universities and Colleges around the world with good studying records. With that we are certified by Study Group as Top Ten partner with best services - Membership in professional associations

Oxford College of Education (OCE) is an independent college located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We are situated just 30 Minutes from Central London, Heathrow Airport, and Oxford University by train.
