  agents and institutions from over 30 countries will attend to each an
 nual WEBA Agents Fair!\n\nAt every WEBA Agent Fair you will fix well i
 n advance between 30 - 40 \"One to One \" appointment in 20 minute tim
 e-slots plus will give the possibilities to each single institution to
  make a direct presentation to the Agents for a time of 15 minute each
 .\n\nThis Conference has proved itself by far the most cost-effective 
 way of promotion as establishing working relationships with agents.\n\
 nEach Institution will know, before the event starts, the number of ap
 pointments booked and prepare a presentation for the Agents. Each pres
 entation should be no longer than 20 minutes.\n\nTime & Cost-Saving\n\
 nAgents from all around the world will be invited at this single event
 . Traveling time and cost could be saved for not having to attend diff
 erent kinds of promotional events.\n\nExpansion of International stude
 nt bases\n\nAll participating agents will be subject to an in-depth re
