We are an Indian based company of Immigration & Study Consulting professionals with our head
office in Gurdaspur, Punjab, India. We deal in all categories of immigration be it student visas, family
category, Tourist and visitor visa program, Spouse dependent visa category and all related immigration
matters.

Sophiya consultancy was established in June 2018. Mr. Harpreet Singh has been with the company
since its inception and is our Founder & Principal Consultant. He is a registered under prevention of
Punjab human smuggling Act 2012 bearing membership No: 82/SUM/Act-M.A-3Dt15/06/18

Prevention of Punjab human smuggling Act 2012-13 Authorize District Magistrate is a licensing body
that was established to protect consumers from unethical consultants. To become a member, one has to
