For over 40 years the SSTH Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality has prepared young talents for their professional career, with a particular focus on hospitality and gastronomy management.

Throughout their SSTH education, our students are demanded as personnel in the hospitality industry in various practical work placements. Every year they support service and management teams in hotels, restaurants or at events and banquets, with the professional know-how to serve prestige guests in a courteous and efficient manner. These practical experiences are very valuable support for the education provided at SSTH.

We are proud to say that SSTH is the only hotel school in the world which takes part every year in the World Economic Forum in Davos (weforum.org), and serves the forum's political and vip participants. Our annual Food Festival in Passugg (foodfestival.ch) is also widely known. This takes place every spring on the school campus and is home to around 3000 hungry international guests. Visitors from far and wide enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with music and shows accompanied by the multi-cultural dishes prepared by our students.

Alongside external events, students also have the opportunity to be involved in banquets and other activities organized in our school's hotel. These can host between 200 and upto 3000 guest, as for our Food Festival, Weddings, Corporate events, etc.

With approximately 550 students on campus, it is possible to have personal contact with our students and teachers. Furthermore we set a high value on our learning environment, which involves a combination of trust, respect and etiquette.
