Company Profile: An American boarding high school, Cotter offers preparation for university studies and complete English development though our ESL (English as a Second Language) program. Our cost, $31,800, includes tuition, room, ESL, meals, insurance, activities, and airport transportation. We have happy, motivated students pursuing their goals. Your students will live in a safe, modern dormitory located on our school grounds in Winona, Minnesota, USA, a safe, beautiful city with 30,000 people, the Mississippi River and two universities.

We waive the TOEFL/IELTS requirement for the students and accept your levels as the score. We are a non-profit, private university with WASC accreditation.
