Global Studies actively recruits students from all around South America such as Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and China, however, we get on-line applications from other nationalities. We identify potential students, inform them of the opportunities available and provide a range of materials to help them decide if university/ college are the right choice for them. We also prove information and deal with students Visa applications, to ensure that all the correct documents have been sent and they get their visas.
From time to time we also organize educational events for the Colombian and Bolivian consulate in the United Kingdom where we promote some universities offers or scholarships.
Partnership with South American Universities:
These are challenging times for universities around the world, primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom. Schools are facing increased competition for top quality students, disruptive technologies such as distance and e-learning are becoming more accepted in academia and the financial crisis continues to worsen every month. On top of this, credit markets are tightening and in a few years many student will not be able to afford to attend a university. Now is the time for universities to look outside their borders to explore alternative revenue sources and establish new recruiting markets.
Creating co-branded programs and satellite campuses also gives universities access to students that for one reason or another might not be able to attend school internationally either for financial reasons or the inability to obtain a student visa.
Global Studies offers universities the opportunity to increase international enrolment, create new markets and develop educational programs designed to help students. The investment is minimal and potential return is great.

South American Universities such as Colombian, Brazilian and Mexican universities now benefit from international partnerships through increased awareness of the university and additional revenue from international programs.
