- Amar Manchanda, a self-made man, postgraduate in commerce from Delhi University, a well experienced personality in the field of international education consultancy for the last 11 years. He has been qualified trainer from Indian Junior Chamber and was honored with Henry Giessembier Fellowship by Junior Chamber International USA for his outstanding services and contributions. Since 1985 he has been also actively involved with Traffic Police Chandigarh in promotion of Road Safety Rules and Traffic Awareness programmes among the general public especially school children. He is founder president of Traffic Awareness Organisation Chandigarh. Chandigarh Administration has recognised his services by honouring him with a state award i.e. Commendable Certificate during Republic Day Parade-2007. He was nominated on the board of State Road Safety Council of Chandigarh Administration.
In the year 2004, Mr. Manchanda entered in International Education Consultancy with his older daughter – Arunima Manchanda now Arunima Dhingra (LIA) by introducing his company in the name of “AIMS Global Education” in Chandigarh, India. Under the mature guidance of Mr. Manchanda, AIMS GLOBAL Team is rendering their honest services to the students from admission to visa. Now “AIMS Global has achieved greater heights in the field of international education.
On the other hands, Amar Manchanda has travelled to various countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK, China, Turkey and Dubai to participate International Education Agent Workshops and Familiarization Tours to various universities and colleges, institutions and high schools. He has also written many articles on international education which has been published in Indian Newspapers and also couple of eNews including NZAMI eNews. He became a prominent and well-known name in his social and professional fields.
In 2007 AIMS GLOBAL Education has been invited on the board of New Zealand Education Specialist Agents (NZSA) by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise of New Zealand High Commission. AIMS GLOBAL has been honored with various recognitions like AAERI Member, ICEF-Germany, EduNova-Canada, Study World UK, Navitas-Australia, NAFSA-USA, Weba etc..
After migration from India to New Zealand, a new company was incorporated in the name of “AIMS GLOBAL Study & Immigration Limited Trading as AMBITION IMMIGRATION” by him.
In 2014 he was elected Director on the Board of NZAMI and contributed his vast knowledge and experience in particular about International Student to New Zealand. He has also been invited by New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority on the board of 2015 Licensed Immigration Adviser Reference Group.
