WORKING PROCEDURE
Working procedure involves basic following points:
1. Counseling:
Students and their parents visit us, we conduct an interview. on the basis of information found, we advice appropriate course and country to them.
2. Language Class
We are conduct Japanese language class for six months as per students need and interest.
3. Enrollment
Only qualified students in term of the language and academic standard, we ask them to apply foe enroll in the university. When they got offer letter we send students to make NOC to the foreign study license management section, ministry of education, Keshar Mahal Kathmandu.
4. Fee Transfer
If students are applying in Japan we have to pay tuition fee after conformation of eligibility and before visa application lodgment.
5. Visa Application Lodgment
For the vise lodgment beside academic certificates and passports, we are required other financial documents like relation with sponsor, property valuation, annual income, tax clearance, sponsor letter, bank bala
