Company Profile: The Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz, founded in 1904, is a Swiss international boarding school set in spectacular alpine landscape near St. Moritz, Switzerland. The Spirit of Zuoz encompasses the school’s philosophy and objectives: fair play, self-discipline, commitment, cosmopolitanism and life-long learning.

About 300 students from 12-18 years of age, from over 30 nations around the world, follow programmes leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) or the Bilingual Swiss Matura (German/English). In addition to the challenging academic programmes, students of Zuoz pursue a rich variety of extracurricular activities including the school’s theatre group, choir and band, an excellent visual arts programme, environmental and development projects, clubs and societies as well as cultural activities. Sports is fundamental to the way of life at our school.

During the summer vacation we offer two different camps: The International Summer Camp & Junior Golf Academy offers a combination of language and sports or language and golf. The children (aged 10–15) can study German, English and French and enjoy the outdoor experience of the beautiful Swiss Alps. On the other hand, the Preparation Academy (aged 14-17) is a summer camp with an academic focus to prepare the students for the IB, the A-levels or any other high school programme.

We help international students by issuing a Visa Letter for a Short-Term Study for up to 6 months and an 11-month English course.
