Michelle Frantzi
Coordinator of Compass4U
Miss Frantzi is the Cyprus Representative of EBCC (European Board of Certified Counselors). She has been in the field of career counseling the last seven years. She has being coordinating Global Career Development Facilitators Program at the University of Nicosia for five years. She is a PhD candidate and she is teaching at the master level degree students at the University of Nicosia, as well she is the Coordinator of Practicum at the Master of Counseling. Miss Frantzi is also a psychotherapist in private practice since 2009.
George Theodoulou
Director of Psychometric and Career Assessments
Mr George Theodoulou is a School Psychologist. He is also a trainer of Ariston Psychometric Test. He is also a Global Career Facilitator and a Career Counselor the last two years. Mr. George has more than 40 years’ experience in the labor market. He continues developing himself in the field of education, having two Master Degrees and several postgraduate diplomas in the field of humanities.
Anna Michael
Career Counselor
Anna Michael is a certified GCDF since July 2014 and Career Counselor since September 2015. Anna has working experience in the field of Career Counseling since 2014 where she worked in several basements such us colleges, universities and the public sector (labor office and ministry for education). After finishing her master Degree she has been working as a Career Counselor at the career office at the same time, Anna tries to expand her knowledge within the field by taking part to several seminars and courses regarding the field.
Natalia Fomina
International Coordinator
Miss Natalia Fomina has been in the sector of academic counseling for more than 6 years. She has been an international representative of the University of Nicosia in several countries. Miss Natalia has international experiences all over the world regarding Educational Counseling. She also speaks fluently four languages including Germany, Russian, Ukrainian and English. Miss Natalia has great communication skills. She has experience in organizing different promotional event regarding education (presentations, seminars, school visits etc.)
