Our traditional business model is based on the accomplishment of Africans in acquiring quality education by gaining admission into foreign (International) universities/ institution, to enhance personal development, and the improvement of Africa as a continent. The revenues of our company are expected to be nearly R200,000.00 per month depending on the variables that are factored in with investments in the placement agency. Scope of Work
ATES Consultancy (PTY) Ltd conduct international student recruitment and universities intakes marketing as well as student visa consulting. The company undertakes all admission communications, fees payment with the universities and to some extend visa processing and follow up on behave of the student.
Financial Considerations: The Company expects to reach the desired profits in the first year and does not anticipate serious cash flow problems. We believe that the average profitability per month for the first 3 years will be sufficient. However, we have current borrowing from the First National Bank of South Africa (FNB) to be paid off in 3 years. Most of the company’s liabilities come from commissions from Universities.
Expected Activities of General Bank Account: Initial Deposit of R100, 000.00 by ATES Cameroon check was made. Then wire funds of nearly R300, 000.00 from securities account were made. To prove the origin of funds, account documentation will be provided. Required Banking Services include savings account, checking account, online banking, and secured credit card and debit card.
