Julia Co. Ltd. is established in 1989 as a single company, that in 2001 we re registered it as a Limited Liability Company according to the Bulgarian Commercial Law. The company works as an educational agent helping students to apply to foreign universities. We are also an official licensed company with the Consular Department of the Bulgarian MInistry of Foreign Affairs for preparing official translation and legalization services.
