Organization history and principal staff

We have celebrated our 4th anniversary and are now looking forward to continuing our history of providing high quality and professional advice for parents and their children who would like to study abroad. Presently KAZI NAZRUL ISLAM & FAIZUN NESA is working as our Managing Director in Bangladesh and United Kingdom respectively, and had the first-hand experience of the difficulties and the challenges encountered by students choosing to continue their education. Those experiences become their incentive to establish FBA (BD) Ltd. in the hope of assisting and supporting overseas students in adapting to life and study in a different culture.

Our Development

From a single office in London, FBA (UK) Ltd. has grown and expanded. As well as Keeping head Office in FBA (UK) LTD, 112-116, White chapel Road (3rd Floor), London E1 1JE, United Kingdom, we now have representative offices in Bangladesh and USA. FBA (UK) Ltd Now represents in excess of 50 education providers, including universities, colleges, and high schools in the UK, USA, CANADA, CYPRUS, IRELAND, NEWZELAND & HUNGARY.

Our Mission

Being a bridge across cultures and support for academic pursuit of the student is our mission. Our experienced education counselors are ready to advise students on courses and career opportunities according to their educational background, interests, aptitude, and aspirations. Have a broad network with education providers; we are able to suggest a wide range of study options and programs to meet the students' needs.

FBA (BD) Ltd is an all round service provider. Our care and concern continue though the students have left their home country. Our UK office can offer first-hand assistance to students studying in local institutions, including airport pickup services, helping arrange home-stays and even opening bank accounts. We also stay in regular contact with our students and liaise with schools and parents in monitoring students' progress.

For students choosing to study in other parts of UK or overseas, we ensure that we only work with education providers that can offer a high standard of academic achievement and student support, and we would maintain regular contact with our students.

Target markets and how to access
Basically we are working for overseas students and most of them are from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines, India, Nepal and Nigeria. We also help UK local students. We do have two branch offices in Bangladesh. We work in other countries through our sub-agents. We are tied up with sub-agents locally and internationally.
Knowledge of UK Education
Recently, it has been registered with British Council for Education UK Agents Certificate Training Course. October 2012. We are very much aware about the UK education system. Moreover, we are always keeping ourselves up-to-date regarding the changes made by the UKBA.

Staff training and development (if applicable)

High skilled personnel always have been recruited as our colleagues and their minimum academic qualification is Bachelor degree. Almost all of them have part taken several training courses in Universities and so on. Recently, some of our colleagues attended agent training courses in LSBF and LCA in London, United Kingdom. Moreover, we are going to participate an agent training course that will be running by British Council. It would be worth to mention here that we arrange in every two weeks a short one day course on regulations of UKBA and its latest changes.

Office facilities and resources overall (if applicable)

Office facilities are remarkable and it is a highly resourceful office. We are pleased to mention here that we do have highly luxurious and modern office in Bangladesh. However, our Head office in London is situated in White chapel near to Aldgate, which is the heart of commercial area in London, United Kingdom. We have enough office spaces to accommodate all of our colleagues with their own desk and computer. There are good arrangements for the students and visitors as well. We have been highly equipped with modern technologies, so that we can meet the requirement to communicate with any institution or individual in the world. We claim that we are maintaining high standard of office facilities to run a company.
