Company Profile: Business-Link was set up in 1997 and is a highly specialized educational agency, linking British educators and Ukrainian students.
We are a team of 30 professionals, with 13 full-time client counsellors all specializing on the UK, and a dedicated marketing team.
Still exploring an ‘emerging’ market here in Ukraine, we’ve seen a stable growth in numbers over the years: now sending at least 500 students a year to Britain, of which about 30 are boarding school students (first year), a large number of university students and clients for language courses.
We strive to achieve excellence in our service both to our clients in Ukraine and in the UK, providing top expertise in British education to Ukrainian students, and sharing local market knowledge with British educators, interested in developing their business in the CIS countries.
Business Link runs two educational fairs a year which provide a unique opportunity to foster further relationships between Ukraine and Britain. The growing popularity of these events has led to an increase of interest amongst Ukrainians in British education and culture.
Also a number of promotional events are ran annualy by Business Link in order to promote and strengthen brands of our partner educatiobal establishmnets and the education in the UK brand.

Membership in professional associations: For over 10 years Business Link has been a member of American Chamber of Commerce and European Business Association. We are the only educational agency in Ukraine to have obtained the Investors in People Certificate, issued by the International Quality Center in London. (One of the first 3 companies in Ukraine overall). In January 2012 we gained an English UK Partner Agency status.

Do you think there is a market for Ua students to study in Malaysia? The reasons are that they can study for UK degrees taught under franchise in Malaysia, the tuition fees are around USD 5000 per year, living costs are low, and of courses they are taught in English. The UK universities that franchise their degree are all in the public sector (state funded), and have to ensure that standards in Malaysia are equivalent to the UK.
