LCSA is a student recruiting Agency and is a division of Lubna Consult EST. which is an engineering consulting firm established in 1998 , in Jordan, with projects covered Jordan, Iraq and the GCC countries as a result of these projects , the LCSA division was formed in 2006 after attending the LONDON ICEF study abroad exchange conference , and as a result of the increased demand of clients for the executive training , specialized engineering training, and project management training, Thus, the LCSA took the role of development of programs with international institutes in Europe in USA for the training courses needed for the projects .
Furthermore, as a result of the utilization of the international administrative standards in the regional governmental organization, the LCSA increased its domain and specialized in Capacity building programs.
LCSA with offices and branches in Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Kuwait. LCSA is more than capable to promote and outreach students in the Middle East Market.
LCSA members are committed to represent their international educational partner as professional as possible, ensuring the partners of presenting high image and sure number of student recruitment.

Oxford College of Education (OCE) is an independent college located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We are situated just 30 Minutes from Central London, Heathrow Airport, and Oxford University by train. Our Mission is to Lead excellent and inspire matured education. We help international students by issuing a Visa Letter for a Short-Term Study for up to 6 months and an 11-month English course.
