Company Profile: Southwestern Academy is a non-profit, co-educational boarding school serving the needs of students aged 12-18 years. We have two campuses; our main campus is located in the city of San Marino in southern California, about 15kms from downtown Los Angeles and approximately a 45 minute drive from LAX ( the International Airport). This is our main campus and we have 150 students from all around the world studying here. Ours is a college preparatory program and all of our students graduate and go on to some very fine universities - mostly in the US although some students to return home for further education studies. We currently have students from 28 different countries.

Our second campus is located in northern Arizona, not far from Sedona and Flagstaff, on the way to the Grand Canyon. This is a rural campus and while the students here follow the same basic curriculum as in California the co-curricular and extra curricular activities differ. Students here can study, field biology, ecology, astronomy, geology, Native American Studies to name a few. We have a horse program there and students may ride each day if they choose. Weekend and extra curricular activities include, mountain biking, hiking, camping, boating, fishing, skiing in the winter and many more activities.
