- CIAS (Canadian International Academic Services Inc.) was established in 2003. CIAS is one of the prominent companies who recruit international students to Canadian colleges and universities. We have a strong network of 10 associates in India, Pakistan and USA.
Our goal has been to promote Canadian educational institutions in abroad and facilitate aspiring students in achieving their goals of quality education. Our vision is to help international students to build a better future.
We have recently opened up our office at New Delhi, India and are expecting more students from there in the years to come as that office has established a very efficient network across the country. We visit India often to organize seminars and workshops to promote Canadian education. This year also we have scheduled a series of seminars and workshops in India in September with the partnership of Humber and Sheridan College. We market our services locally as well as internationally through diverse channels including the radio, print advertisement and television. We use a very powerful PowerPoint presentation to market Canadian education in a professional manner. We are a highly professional organization and we only entertain those applications which meet the entire admission requirement.
In the past five years, more than 500 students have been recruited in the community colleges in Canada through us. We successfully recruited around 100 students in 2009 and 60 students during the year 2010 so far to Humber College. We also submitted 87 student applications under SPP program to Sheridan College for September 2010 intake and waiting for visas. We are not only the recruitment agency but we also provide settlement services to the international students with the help of a nonprofit organization ‘Canadian Intercultural Association of Students’ (CIAOS), inclusive of post-landing services, job placements, business placements, arrangement of co-ops and we award two scholarships per year of $1000 each to the International students. We also assist students in filling out all kinds of forms i.e. extension of study permit, extension of work permit, extension of visa, multiple entry visa forms etc. We are the active members of Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
