It offers higher education in the field of management, economics and engineering in English, German and Dutch. The International Campus in Venlo has the largest number of foreign students - 70%. It is located at the Dutch-German border - one of the world’s strongest economic regions.

Usually, the tutors at Fontys Venlo are not typical teachers - they are business people. Many have worked for big companies before they started working at the university. As Fontys has contacts with over 500 companies worldwide, many students do an internship in world famous companies. One reason why the university is known in Europe are the student companies. For nearly a year, students run their own company. Students from abroad can have a place either in the new student dormitory or in private houses.

We help international students by issuing a Visa Letter for a Short-Term Study for up to 6 months and an 11-month English course.
