- The Professional Network (TPNL) is one of the oldest educational counseling agencies in Bangladesh. TPNL was established in February 2000 as GESA Bangladesh and has successfully became one of the top agencies in Bangladesh. TPNL started working with the new trading name from February 2006 after a merge with The Professionals, a software manufacturer firm.
TPNL’s CEO, Mr Shariful Islam Khan, started the operation back in February 2000 when he returned from Australia after graduating from University of Canberra. Mr Khan gained knowledge about studying abroad as an international student through his own studies in Australia, UK and Cyprus. He brought the experience in establishing TPNL as a reputed educational consulting agency in Bangladesh.
TPNL’s success is purely the hard work of a dedicated group of people working in the office. Our counselors have been working with us since the very beginning. Our philosophy is to retain our members while keeping them updated and well-equipped to meet the growing demand of the partner institutions and students.
We regularly visit our partner educational institutions to ensure that our students go to the right institutions to get the quality education that they and their parents look for. We attend different workshops and exhibitions related to education worldwide to ensure that we are well aware of the latest developments in the education industry.
TPNL CEO, Mr Shariful Islam Khan, is the first Bangladeshi education consultant to have gained the “Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC)" certificate from the Professional International Education Resources, Brisbane Australia which is an Australian Government initiative. Mr Khan is also the first Bangladeshi and 2nd in the world to qualify for "ICEF Trained Agent Counselor (ITAC)". Mr Khan is an active member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators for many years.
TPNL is Bangladesh's first and only educational advising agency with American International Recruitment Council (AIRC) certification.
TPNL endeavors to provide quality services to the prospective Bangladeshi students and also, to the partners abroad. We are experienced in assisting our partner institutions to organize their visits of Bangladesh. We want to help them to make the best use of their time here to ensure that they return with some quality student applications from Bangladesh. TPNL makes every effort to convert those applications successfully and make the transition process for the students as smooth as possible.
We offer assistance in promoting our partner institutions through various methods such as print and electronic media advertisements, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, visits of local educational institutions and other effective unique methods of promotional activities.
TPNL has expanded its activities in other countries such as USA, Canada, New Zealand and UK after achieving great success working with Australian educational institutions.
