Company Profile: About Jing-le Training and Consultancy (JLCT)

JLCT is located in Jinghong, China near the borders of Laos and Burma. It is jointly owned by both Chinese and British nationals. With the expansion of Jinghong as China's gateway to SE Asia JLCT is well placed to offer services to this developing region.

Jing-le is the only agency in the Jinghong area with the nearest alternative 600km away. Local knowledge about how to study overseas is limited, and unrealistic parent expectations are common. For all our clients we conduct pre-placement tests in English and Maths, and checks are made to ensure school records are accurate.

Jing-le gives advice about schools primarily in NZ, Australia, Canada, Thailand, USA, and the UK. We also advice on UK university placements and organise English study programs to Thailand. In 2016 we plan to open offices to expand into the large cities of Kunming and Chengdu.

Jing-le also operates an English training program with 80 students. Our main client base are
7-14 y.o. students , and students preparing for overseas study and the IELTS examination.
